As a Mexican American, I know how important food is in any culture. Growing up, food was demonized around me, and I did not have a healthy relationship with my body. I have been to many health professionals who did not actually listen to what my needs were. Because of this, my personal goal has been to make sure that my patients feel seen and heard. 

I accept that we all have different relationships and experiences with food. It is my job to meet you and your families where you are and help you thrive in your own way.

Relationship with food, regardless of where you are, is my top priority. This is helpful for picky eaters eating only one food or disordered eating for those who don’t eat much during the day or will not try new foods.

I know how hard it is to go on an outing with a little one, especially if there is more than one, which is why my services can be conducted 100% virtually.
